I want to share what an AMAZING experience the Worksite Wellness Council of Louisville had with Green District catering our annual conference for 120 attendees.

Their communication was quick, clear, and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated their flexibility in making changes, offering suggestions (definitely listen to them because they know what is most popular!), and allowing us to sample the food in advance.

On the day of the event, they were punctual and incredibly considerate. Without even being asked, they quietly waited in the kitchen until our speaker had finished before setting everything out.

Everything was clearly labeled and beautifully presented, but most importantly, the food was fresh, colorful, and delicious! We received so many compliments from attendees and not a single complaint.

One thing to note is that they do not serve the food, but honestly, there was no need. The setup was organized so efficiently that participants could walk down both sides of the buffet, and the line moved quickly and smoothly.

We will absolutely use them again. Thank you to Erica Templeton and the entire team. You are the best!“

“I have to eat gluten free and went in for the first time. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was so good. Not to mention Matthew’s customer service was on point! “* I’m giving this rating a 5 stars because the managers on duty tried to help me when I was in need. Otherwise, I was frustrated during the meal that I had today at Jason’s Deli.

Today I was in need of a towing service as my car broke down in the pouring rain next to Jason’s Deli. I tried googling tow companies on my phone while sitting in my car, but my cellular service would not work, so I decided that I would eat a meal at Jason’s Deli while I figured things out. I expected that I could use WiFi once I was inside the restaurant. I paid for my meal, and looked around for WiFi information. Eventually, I approached managers and that is when I found out that Jason’s Deli does not offer WiFi to customers. It was shocking to hear that because majority of restaurants offer WiFi for customers at this point, and it was frustrating as a person who needed help and kept running into obstacles. The managers offered to google from their phone or let me use their landline. I was frustrated and declined their offers, citing I would figure it out. While I waited for my meal, I was able to finally breakthrough my cell service and call out to a towing company. One of the managers delivered my food and again gave me several options such as using their phones or even their computer. I let him know that I was able to contact someone and I appreciated his help. The managers went above and beyond, when they could have just told me, sorry we do not have WiFi. I appreciate their kindness was more than I can express.

However, there is really no reason for Jason’s Deli to withhold internet as a complimentary service to customers. The age of most customers in there did not seem like the type to set up shop and misuse WiFi service, so what gives? In this evolving world, you must adapt to the needs of the population. Young people and working professionals won’t stay for a meal if they cannot use their devices while they eat. I certainly wouldn’t have stayed and paid for a meal there if I knew they didn’t have WiFi for customers, because in that moment, I needed that as much as I needed a good meal. It’s not like I just wanted to mindlessly scroll through TikTok or spend 8 hours working there. I only needed an internet connection for about five minutes. I had been in the area for hours with no cell service before my car stopped working, so I really didn’t expect my cell service to bounce back while I sat there and waited for my meal- but thank God it did. And thank God for those managers who tried to help me every way they could.

If Jason’s Deli wants to service generations to come, I suggest that free WiFi for paying customers become a complimentary service. Otherwise, you may not get returning customers. If I’m ever in a situation again where I need a place to put the pieces back together and eat a meal while I do so, it’s clearly not going to be at Jason’s Deli.“

“I'm a U.S.Air Force veteran that's a member of a special group in Louisville! The Westport Bearno's totally supported one of our functions with FREE pizza and drinks simply because we served the country! THEY SERVED US LIKE WE WERE ROYALTY!!! “My husband and I both ordered individual pork sausage pizzas. I ordered mine with light sauce and light toppings because Hometown tends to be very generous with their toppings. Our pizzas came out looking exactly the same, having the same amount of pork sausage topping, however, mine did have the light sauce. When the bill came, they added a .75 charge for light topping!!! (that I did not get) Why would you charge a person more for less meat and then go ahead and give them the same amount of meat???? Absolutely ridiculous!!“

“I stop by this location on the way to work. The staff is always friendly and polite. I've never had an issue with my order or the food not being hot and fresh. There's another Zaxby's in town that I stop at and can be hit or miss. But this one has been great so far.“

“My husband and I live closest to this Bristol on Hurstborne. We have been going on Thursdays from time-to-time, and we like to sit in the bar area. The bartender is wonderful, and she remembered our preferences after the first time she ever waited on us. She is super friendly and attentive, always ready to give us excellent service. “It was a late dinner, just before closing. The place was wrapping up so there was no line, just great service, fast food, and delicious. The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. Parking: I was there right before closing so personally I had no problems finding parking.“

“I recently visited the restaurant located at 2350 Shane Drive, Louisville, KY 40220, and I have to say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team carried a positive attitude that instantly made us feel comfortable.

What truly stood out, and what I’ve never experienced before in any restaurant, was the manager personally coming to our table to check in on us. He politely asked if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. That small gesture made a huge difference — it showed genuine care for customers, not just routine service.

The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. Every item we ordered tasted great, and the service throughout our visit was consistently impressive. It felt like the staff really took pride in the quality of their work.

I sincerely hope the management passes this message along because the team at this location truly deserves recognition. They provided outstanding hospitality and made our visit memorable.

“Food is great. But DO NOT get a meal to go that involves a salad. They will package your salad in the same container as the warm chicken and sides with the dressing already on it. So. It’s now limp and soupy. Unedible because of staff not knowing how to properly package food items.“
