Panera Bread on Hurstbourne is one of my go-to places when I just want a simple, relaxing lunch. The fireplace inside gives the place a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, especially on quieter days.
I usually order from the kiosk, and I like that most of the menu items have pictures, so it’s easy to pick something depending on what I’m in the mood for that day. The cashiers have always been friendly whenever I asked for a coffee cup after ordering.

Best. Panera. Ever. The staff is fantastic. The atmosphere could not be cozier. Food is exactly as expected. This location is the best hidden gem in Louisville. So warm and inviting!
Don't get me wrong, the food is Very good, I just feel like the crowning jewel at This one, Panera in general, is the Service.
