Doing the lunch time you can expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes extra for a table. The decor of this Olive garden seems to be much brighter and lighter than most and much more peeling.“

Our servers name was Tisa J. Miss Tisa was an exceptional, fun loving and caring server. She had each thing we needed at the table before we even ask. She was exceptional at anticipating what each of us needed and smiled as she did it. Being in the service business for many years I can say Tisa is someone I would love to be on my team working beside me on a daily basis. “I live in the Hamburg area of Lexington, KY. Shanghai Bistro is not far from where I live and I eat there 1-2 times a week. I order the same meal every time: fried rice, broccoli and spring roll. I never wait long for my meal to arrive.The food is fresh and consistently excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed. I don’t feel rushed to eat and leave. I highly recommend trying Shanghai Bistro. “I had a great food experience here today. The young man working the counter taking orders handled a difficult situation incredibly well. Two customers came in being extremely rude, loud, and straight up disrespectful toward him, and he remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time. It impressed me how well he handled it.
Customer service like that is rare these days, and he deserves recognition for it. Despite the situation, my order was handled quickly and everything was great. Big shout-out to him for keeping his composure and representing the business so well.“

“Ginny and Noah are amazing. They were both so incredibly nice. Noah took my order and was so helpful and Ginny was soooooo friendly. My friend I was eating with needed another plate because her sandwich was really messy and she brought her another plate and even said she was willing to remake the sandwich if it was too messy. She brought her another plate, another sauce for her sandwich, and brought us a sample from the bakery. Both amazing humans and employees.“
