“One of the Best Olive Gardens I have visited. The service is always great, good hot, fresh, and plentiful. We love to go because our grandson has a peanut allergy and Olive Garden is super accommodating and does not have any peanuts in anything they make. It's nice to feel safe in what we eat around our grandchild.“

“We visited on Saturday, July 11th, around 4:40 p.m. We ended up giving a high rating because, while our experience didn’t start well, the way the staff handled the situation was outstanding.
We waited about 10 minutes after being seated, and no one came to our table. I eventually got up and asked if anyone was working our section. A few moments later, our waitress came over and sincerely apologized. She explained that she hadn’t seen us from where we were seated. We completely understood, smiled, and let her know we figured that was the case. From that point forward, she provided excellent service, and we never had to ask for anything.
What really stood out was Brad Webb the manager. He came to our table with a genuine, heartfelt apology, took full ownership of what had happened, and even provided us with a gift card. His response demonstrated true leadership and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Success Manager myself, I believe exceptional customer service isn’t about never making a mistake—it’s about how you respond when one happens. Brad paid attention, took ownership, and made things right. That level of care is exactly what creates loyal customers.

“One team member said: "We tried BD's Mongolian Grill for the first time this weekend and it was such a fun lunch spot! You can build your own bowl and they have so many great options! Once you've selected your meal, you get to watch them cook it in front of you. The food was amazing and the service was also amazing! This is a must-try spot in Hamburg!"“

“I’ve been twice now and they never disappoint. Their salad is especially good, along with their dumplings. It has a very cozy aesthetic. I was actually surprised at how clean the whole place was. The workers are also very nice and helped a lot with choosing what to order. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it whether you’re a Lexington resident or just stopping by!“

“Three of us had a delicious lunch today. The food was very good. The restaurant was clean. All items were fully stocked for the customers' use.
The only things missing were salad dressing for the salads and pecans in one salad. The servings sizes were very small compared to other times we've eaten there. Could be they were low on food on a Sunday afternoon. All in all, we had a good meal.“

“Took my son there today because we had been dying to try this place. He got the "Rushmore" and I got the "Reuben" for myself and one to go for my daughter. Sandwiches were really delicious and reasonably priced. They had a huge crowd and we still got served our food extremely quickly. This place is not only awesome, but local. You are truly missing out if you don't go. We didn't even try the loaded potato soup, which looked delicious as well.“
