Sign at counter said to use kiosk. Didn't have enough staff. Kiosks were freezing up & couldn't place order. Staff walking thru didn't know how to fix. Had to get mgr. Had trouble also but instead of going to counter & taking order was made to wait till unfroze as well as several others. Made for an unpleasant experience since I hadn't planned on going with the group of people I was with. Wanted to pay with cash but couldn't at kiosk.
Their mac and cheese is consistently awesome and one of my favorites. The ham and Gouda melt had very little ham or cheese - was mainly bread. Very disappointing for a sandwich that was over $11.

The first person serving us was very nice however we hey messed up our order and we had to wait an hour for two toasted bagels. When they gave us our order nothing was heated or toasted and the cream cheese flavor was wrong.
