Very impressed with the new salad options!! Delish
Big thank you to Cheryl, who helped make my order right. This was no way the fault of Panera, but rather with the third party delivery service used when I placed my order through the app.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery and instead of receiving my Panera order, I received Taco Bell. Instead of reporting the issue to the third party deliver to get a refund, I called Panera to see what could be done. I was hungry and wanted food, not a refund.
