First time in this location, usually go to the Monticello location when in Williamsburg. Won't go to this one again, piddly portions. I always get a value duet, salad/soup. The salad at this location was 1/2 the size of every other location I dine at in the Tidewater area. Restaurant wasn't busy, arrived around 1 PM. We visited the Panera Bread on Richmond Rd., Lexington We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup I ordered a southwest chicken melt. They said it came with Gouda cheese and they didn’t have any so I said I would have mine with pepper cheese. It came with no cheese my wife ordered chipotle, chicken avocado, which came with good Gouda which they didn’t have. she said she would have pepper cheese, it came with No cheese when we got to the table with our order, my soup was lukewarm...read full review

I went to get bagels this morning. They only had Everything bagels left, so I ordered Cibbetta bread toasted with bacon, egg and cheese on one sandwich and double cheese and bacon on the other sandwich. I got home and realized there was no bacon on either sandwich. Last week I went into this store and ordered bagels, it took 25 minutes to get the sandwiches.
