“Tried Rise Up for Lexington pizza week and was not disappointed! we got the vegetarian 'Pickle That' special. The sourdough crust was divine, the ratio of toppings was perfect, and the smoked chili powder took the whole meal over the top. We will definitely return to this local gem!“

“I work a few doors down at The Rooster's Nest Barbershop so Damiano has become an absolute favorite for me. They have never once missed with quality of food and service. It's always clean and the vibe is relaxed with sports on TV and decor. The Milanese pizza is the best,ask for some garlic butter it's a great compliment to the flavors of this pizza.“

She gives me better customer service than not only anybody who's ever waited on me at Puccini's, but better than anybody who's ever waited on me anywhere I have been out to eat. I totally recommend you go there and support her as someone who can give the same type of service to you.“

“We have eaten here several times and have enjoyed our meals very much. Unfortunately, last night did not go as well. We sat in a booth where I had a clear view of the food prep area as the swinging door into the area did not close when a staff member entered. As we were waiting for our food, I watched and an employee sitting inside the door was on his phone and vaping the entire time, until he finally got up and moved out of sight. The service was slower than we have experienced in the past, seemed very disorganized. Not to mention that the metal wall next to our booth was filthy.“

“Papa John's pizza guy had a fiasco delivering my pizza. I was so furious it brought me to tears! I naturally reported my disappointment to their customer support. I received a phone call today from their manager. He explained to me they had a full day with unexpected orders/larger than normal. He was very nice and I was reimbursed by giving me store credit for how much I spent/lost on my order from the other day. It made my day.

I also would like to add that Papa John's has the best bread sticks. I don't think you can get plain bread sticks at any other pizza establishment in Lexington Kentucky either.“

“I’m literally only leaving this review because our server Edwar P. was absolutely incredible. From the time we got here, he was quick to get our drinks, offered us the appetizer special, and even gave us the most *delicious* sauce recommendation for our (way too large of an order of) wings. He came back to make sure we liked it and even gave us an extra side because he knew the wings soaked it up. He was so proactive and polite, he was on top of the refills, made sure we had to go drinks and enough boxes for our food, and even gave us bags to carry everything out in ? aura unmatched - Edwar for Heisman ?“

“This store, alongside other Sir Pizzas in Lexington, needs a major renovation.
Surely, it brings back memories. However, it is a dark and dingy store.
They have updated the music box, and they have a decent sound system.
Seating, tables, and walls, even the ceiling, all need a major update.
As far as food prices go, I do believe they are equally competitive with others. Maybe even a little under.
Talking with employees the pay is definitely low.
Now, on the good side, the pizza is delicious, and thanks for the trip back to the 70s.“

“I have went to another donatos Pizza last week and for some reason the pizza wasn't good and decided to come over here to this one because I don't like sauce on my pizza and ISABEL was so informing to know about the menu and was very patiently to me she told me that she had only been doing this for 2 weeks and I thought that she was doing great. “Hands down the best pizza maker so far that I have come across. I usually get the Alfredo sauce on my pizza and when other people make it, they don’t put enough cheese (even though I ask her extra).
