“Thrilled to discover Rosati’s pizza in Lexington! As a Chicago area transplant to Lexington 15 years ago the thing I missed the most was the pizza. I used to get Rosati’s every Friday back in Chicago. Did you know that Chicago has awesome thin crust pizza? The crust, the sauce, the cheese, and omg the sausage!!! Kevin, so glad you brought Chicago pizza to Lexington!!! I’m in south Jessamine county and I’ll drive the 40 minutes to get the best pizza in Kentucky!“

“Very nice little Italian restaurant with a bar inside, I had the Chicago beef and french fries and a blue moon I also tried one of their house margaritas could have used more margarita mix in a little more tequila but it was good, they did not have no chicken cacciatore or cannolis for dessert that was a bummer but overall pretty nice place.“

Nathan was the only worker at the store but took it upon himself to call Door Dash, and when they weren't helpful, he remade the pizza and had another driver deliver a fresh pizza. “I had a great experience at the Richmond Road (Lexington) location on February 20, 2026. A big part of that was thanks to the server, Rachel B. She greeted me with genuine warmth and positive energy that immediately made me feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive in the best way—checking in thoughtfully, answering questions with patience, and making sure everything was just right. I especially appreciated how valued she made me feel. Great food matters, but service like this is what truly makes a restaurant stand out. “We have eaten here several times and have enjoyed our meals very much. Unfortunately, last night did not go as well. We sat in a booth where I had a clear view of the food prep area as the swinging door into the area did not close when a staff member entered. As we were waiting for our food, I watched and an employee sitting inside the door was on his phone and vaping the entire time, until he finally got up and moved out of sight. The service was slower than we have experienced in the past, seemed very disorganized. Not to mention that the metal wall next to our booth was filthy.“

This time, the staff (including the red headed manager) were rude and the food took multiple hours when we were told 40 minutes. Do better! Or don't, I won't be back again and I'd say the 20 other customers who complained while I was there waiting, won't be back either! It's a darn shame, so much potential.“

“While the old man can be grouchy he puts a great spin on it that wil give you that home town pizza vibe which honestly is fantastic. The price may seem a few dollars more than the main stream pizza places but they are far more filling better details to the dough and sauce you will find that it fills you up about twice as much as if you went else where. Always satisfied with the service and pizza and it taste even better the next day when reheated too.

Vegetarian options: Depends on if you can eat cheese they have veggie pizza heck will even make them without cheese as long as your polite they will make it anyway you specify right then and there but be clear and simple on the instructions.“

“I go to Roosters often; I have great times there, from the good food to the great atmosphere. The wooden booths, quirky signs, and numerous TVs make it a great place for people to relax and have a good time. A good way to pass the time while I’m waiting for my food is to watch a football game or play the occasional trivia they have on sometimes. On my last visit, I came with my friend and boyfriend, and we had a great time eating a variety of food and being served by an excellent waiter who was friendly and efficient. When it comes to our food, Roosters never goes wrong with their curly fries and boneless wings. The wings were perfectly crisp, and the hot sauce is always top tier. The atmosphere is what brings it all together, from groups to families and friends to people just sitting at the bar. It is always cheerful and full of life every time I come here. I would say that Roosters delivers a perfect balance of good food and fun, and it's always a pleasure to go, so I plan to keep coming back many times after.“

“I have loved Blaze pizza since there was one on UK‘s campus at the corner of Lime and Pine. I miss them terribly. Today I decided to drive clear across town to eat at the one at the Summit. It did not disappoint. I love that you can build your own pizza, plus they have green olives. None of the major pizza joints or chains have green olives. Blaze also has Coke instead of Pepsi, which bumps it up on my list. The manager on duty was named Shirley and she made sure the experience was a good one from the time you walked in until the time you left. The staff was very attentive and engaged us to the point of telling us about the specials. I got a half pizza and a drink deal and my son got a build your own 11 inch. Both were delicious. We will be driving clear across town more often because it is my new favorite pizza.“

“I truly mean it when I say, this is THE BEST pizza I have ever had and probably ever will have. Nowhere else have I tasted such a unique and perfect blend of spice and seasonings in a pizza. That goes for the meat, sauce and cheese. And I don't know what they do to their dough, but it's just perfection. It's a great blend of soft and crispy. Even the Mountain Dew seems to taste better than usual. My family has gone here all my life. Certainly one place that has stayed consistently good over the years! Even though we no longer live nearby, we certainly come back for more when we visit the area. We have always had amazing service. Vinnie in particular is amazing! He is always very friendly and seems to make the pizza extra good! He certainly makes you feel welcomed. Because I literally cannot comprehend a better blend of flavor, every other pizza place is pretty much competing for 2nd place in my book. “this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“
