Eating Mad Mushroom cheesesticks is a right of passage for all college students, honestly. I was introduced to Mad Mushroom when I moved to Lex in 2004 for college and I’ve been a faithful customer ever since. You simply CAN NOT go wrong with an order of cheese sticks with the ranch sauce. It’s delicious comfort food and I highly recommend it.
