The restaurant with my favorite General Tso’s Chicken closed down a few years ago. I like the place I’ve been going to, but I like it extremely hot and spicy and they, like a lot of places, don’t mix in the spicy elements while they’re making it. Instead they give you a little cup of spice to pour over the meal, but that doesn’t deliver the heat throughout.
