Very good and Tasty pizza, thin crust and toppings are loaded. However service is severely lacking. People not acknowledging customers for over 10 mins, in the back on their phones, and overall lacking any social/friendly skills.
I'm from Ohio and LOVE Donatos Pizza so it was an amazing surprise to see that there are several locations in Lexington, KY! I ordered our pizzas online and they were ready in 25 minutes - we picked our pizza up through the drive through and our server was very friendly! The pizza, unsurprisingly, was delicious and I look forward to getting lots more Donatos from here!

well, we got delivery. our pizza was pretty mangled when it arrived and there was really no way to eat it. it happens, nbd, but no answer when I called the store so I had to drive over there to get it remade. no refund, not even delivery fee :( the person working didn't really seem to care beyond remaking it, which is fair because working in pizza is not the most fun of jobs but idk. I just wish I could have at least gotten the delivery fee refunded. probably won't order delivery...read full review
