“Great food, extremely professional, friendly staff, and most of all, flexible! We had our wedding caterer cancel one week prior to the wedding and Bayou Bluegrass saved the day. They answered all our questions, drafted a contract and menu, and ironed out all the details within 3 days of our first call. They were even able to work with two major allergies we had! We received so many complements on how great the food was! Shanna checked in multiple times throughout the night to ensure we didn't need anything.On top of all that, they cleaned everything up and packaged all the leftover food for our family to take home AND had two full meals packaged up for us to take to the hotel after a busy night. We could not recommend them enough. They made the most stressful part of our wedding so enjoyable!“

Working with Ruth was very easy - she is adaptable and accommodating - seems to be unflappable, a great quality for a caterer. Her staff was professional and welcoming to guests. The menu was creative, and all the guests ranted and raved about the food. Would highly recommend LBV/Ruth and her staff - they did a fabulous job!“
“Not your ordinary box lunch!! We recently hosted an event for 50 people and ordered box lunches from Dupree Catering. Over my career, I have ordered a lot of box lunches, but these were definitely a step above! They have a huge variety of sandwiches as well as sides and deserts, which allowed us to pick something for everyone. Everything was delicious and our group could not stop talking about the lunches. If you are looking for something to set yourself apart, you need to order from Dupree Catering!“

“DaRae and friends recently catered our wedding reception at the Signature Club of Lansdowne for a group of around 140. My family loves to cook and know what good food tastes like! The reception meal was served family style and the food was amazing. The servers did an outstanding job for the evening and I had numerous comments from friends and family that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding reception. I agree! My favorites were the shrimp grits and the scalloped potatoes! So yummy. Vicki with DaRae was so helpful every time I called with questions. So pleased with the night, the food, the service!
