“Our local Keeneland Dr Pizza Hut location is pickup or delivery only so atmosphere is not a concern. They do have a drive thru that is very convenient, which is why I went with 4 stars. The people at the window and the delivery drivers are always very polite and personable. Most of all, the pizzas and cheese sticks never disappoint! (We do not order other options, so not sure about other menu items.)
I can say we were ready to stop ordering Pizza Hut in general until this location stepped it up! Made us love Pizza Hut again. We frequently order from this location and have not been disappointed. I recommend trying this location if you have had previous bad experiences with other Pizza Huts before. It reminds me of Pizza Hut nights with my family as a kid!

“I like Papa John's, it's usually not bad for a chain pizza place. The pizza from here is pretty good (even though they never cut the slices evenly lol). My only complaint is that I've ordered the brownies 3 times and they're always super dry and crumbly.“

“Could you guys PLEASE add sauces to your menu?!?!?!?!?!?!?? I mean who sells pizza without the option to add ranch??????? Who sells an item such as a steak hoagie wothout the option to add extra pizza sauce?????? Your food is great but c’mon!!!!“

“I’ve been quite a few times and always loved the food, but what disappointed me today. Was the fact when I asked for pico de gallo I was charged $2.10 for two small containers with my 33$ to-go order… BUT when you set down and eat (I usually do) you get chips and the sauce bar is free WITH pico de gallo ??? That’s not right in my opinion“
