10 Best Chicken Wings in Richmond

“I want to preface this with, we will be back. I think it was just an off night but it needs to be brought to someone’s attention, and i didn’t want to call a manager over, because that makes it weird for everybody. we were sat at a table with dirty napkins in the chairs and an AC dripping on the table. no big deal, i don’t come here for fine dining. i wanted a stiff drink and good food. we ordered. one order was a five and fries with medium seasoning. the food comes out and everything was great at first. we shortly realized the wings had no seasoning. like naked. we sat for a bit and waited. after about 10 mins of not seeing our waitress, we decided we were too hungry to wait. the naked wings were crispy, fresh, fine, just not what was expected. she came to check on us after a while of us picking at our apps and eating one wing. we asked for a side of seasoning. didn’t tell them it was messed up just hoping it could be an easy fix. no need to send it back, we’d hate to bother, it happens. we were told we couldn’t have just a cup of seasoning. okay, secret recipe, i think it’s a bit much but again, we’re trying to understand. i think the biggest problem was that after all of the combination of things, nothing effort was made to resolve anything. no offer to remake, no offer to move seats after the AC dripping, no comp (again not expecting because we did eat the wings, but we weren’t left with much of an option, and it would have been nice). i know this review may be pointless, because i still 100% recommend this place. cheap tabs for good food and great drinks. but the ball was dropped on this one and i just wanted to let someone know. (our waitress was great in every other aspect, just wish maybe more of an effort was made)“

“After my wife and I both working doubles today, we really didn’t feel like cooking or driving to get food. We also live out in the country in no mans land. Big City Richmond agreed to drive “out of the zone” since it was a slower evening for them. This is our first time ordering from them- and it’s fantastic! We are so grateful they were willing to make the drive for us. We will be back!“

“Corbin Kentucky location is absolutely amazing!!! Just had lunch there and would definitely recommend! I got Johnny taco & his flying boat hoagie ( sandwich) & that was the BEST I have had yet! Great flavor and fresh! If you haven’t tried this I definitely would go now!!!“

“Ordered 3 beast pizzas for my daughters birthday and they did a perfect job. Pizzas were on time for pickup,hot and fresh with tons of toppings. Our guests raved about how good the pizza was.“

“Everyone that knows Tudd knows I’m a papa johns man.. however, Edgar knows how to sling the dough here.. I was treated like royalty. The beer? Ice cold and always topped. The women? 10s. The conversations? Electric.
The locals here clearly cry out for a football coach and sadly EKU does not have that right now. They want me to coach them BADLY!“

“I was traveling and wanted to bring some chicken tenders home to my son because they are his favorite and we don't have Zaxby's near us. Google said they opened at 10:30 but was actually 10:45 and a young man on the staff was walking in I told him I was traveling and was waiting for them to open and he came back out to tell me to come through the drive-thru and they had my tenders ready. You do not get service like that very often super impressed“

“Ordered lunch while at work, after 30 minutes it was never delivered (I am aware that delivery is through doordash so this has nothing to do with them. Sometimes you can't tell that you have a horrid dasher till its too late) I called and worked with Jeremy who was super nice and understanding. We got everything worked out, they remade my order and I was able to pick it up with no issues. Jeremy is a gem.“

e got our actual food took about 15 minutes due to the fact that they had to cook a new batch of chicken. Our sides were pulled immediately therefore they sent out for the whole 15 minutes wake me at the sides weren't hot. Staff was very apologetic.“
