Placed and ordered via phone call. The representative stated 20 minutes for food to be done. Cool. Showed up in 25 minutes, and food wasn't ready. I waited another 25 minutes for food. While waiting, i watched the staff make pizzas. The manager was pounding out pizza dough. Another worker needed his fingerprint for something on the register, and he steps over, puts his finger on the device , checks his phone, and then goes right back to pounding dough. Couldn't get them to deliver two pizzas and two orders of cinnamon knots to a senior assisted living home ten minutes away inside Richmond city limits. Out of delivery range.. They disappointed a bunch of old folks who planned to tip 25% to the driver on a $50 order. The competition down the bypass came through. Ah well.

It's very frustrating and I refuse to order pizza from a location that I can't speak with someone at that location to order! Every time I call I'm getting transferred to some overseas answering center! That's ridiculous in our small town!
