The Pizza is good. Short lady employee with the eyebrow piercing should be fired. Your delivery drivers shouldn’t be bad mouthing customers in the parking lot.

It's very frustrating and I refuse to order pizza from a location that I can't speak with someone at that location to order! Every time I call I'm getting transferred to some overseas answering center! That's ridiculous in our small town!

Will never eat here ever again. Me and my wife ended up with food poisoning. Service was ok but the pizza was trash. Been better off settling with a frozen.

Placed and ordered via phone call. The representative stated 20 minutes for food to be done. Cool. Showed up in 25 minutes, and food wasn't ready. I waited another 25 minutes for food. While waiting, i watched the staff make pizzas. The manager was pounding out pizza dough. Another worker needed his fingerprint for something on the register, and he steps over, puts his finger on the device , checks his phone, and then goes right back to pounding dough. Never washed his hands or anything. I was hoping the oven would kill anything he may have spread onto the dough with the unsafe handling.

Couldn't get them to deliver two pizzas and two orders of cinnamon knots to a senior assisted living home ten minutes away inside Richmond city limits. Out of delivery range.. They disappointed a bunch of old folks who planned to tip 25% to the driver on a $50 order. The competition down the bypass came through. Ah well.
If you liked Papa John’s 5 years ago, you won’t like it now. Pizza is thin and undercooked.

It was good! Every once in awhile you'll get a sloppy pizza or one that isn't cut very well, but for the most part this is a good location. Seems there's a select few workers that rush the pizzas, but the majority of them care and make good product. Also the papa pairings are great if you've got numerous mouths to feed and a limited budget!

I had sworn I ordered regular crust, so why am I being served thin crust but being charged for regular crust? The pizza used to be a whole lot better, whoever making the pizzas now make them to thin. Not worth the money, wish I never ate

So I got connected to a call center they took my order then hung up. The restaurant said the order wasn’t put in with the coupon, that I had been told worked. Then I tried to use the website and couldn’t select the options that I wanted to match the coupon. So the manager on staff was rude and quick to blame the website and didn’t handle it as a manager should’ve had. Don’t know her name but she’s working today (may 26) at 6:48pm. Highly disappointed and will not be back. Way to run a business papa John’s ??.
