People always complain when they have a bad experience but people never tell when they have a good experience. I am here to tell my good experience! Today was a bad day for me, on my way home from working all day I wanted to grab dinner so I didn’t have to cook and pasta sounded good to me so I walked into Fazolis. Shoutout to the drive-thru team today, especially Somer at the window! Her customer service was next-level. She was upbeat, super polite, and double-checked that I had everything before handing over the food. It’s rare to see that level of care and enthusiasm at a drive-thru window. Give her a raise! I came last week as well and she was here also and same experience with her!!!
