Was hesitant about dining in near closing. I wanted hot, fresh food and that's what I got! The young lady who took my order at the counter was very friendly and accomidated my special request without hesitation. The other young lady cleaning the dining room was very thorough. The Richmond location is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. Thank you!

I would rate 0 if i could. Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes repeating my order multiple times and it still ended up being incorrect.

Employees messed our order up and then acted like we ruined their lives by mentioning it to them. We weren’t acting like Karen’s or anything. Dirty tables, couldn’t find anywhere to sit. Employees sat at the table across from me and loudly discussed their personal lives. Besides the order being wrong, it also came out old.I already left a review before on my main account, but the owner ignored it so they can get another bad review. Because this place practically stole my money.

Everyone here is super personable and knowledgeable! I love their pasta and its always cooked fresh. I have never had to wait long for my food, wvwn when they are busy. The inside is decently sized and always clean.

Ordered a family meal the staff didn't even know what was on it I had to pull it up on the fazoli website and they still argued what went with it when they didn't bring it all out. Very rude cashier and made it like it was my fault that she didn't know about about the family meal. The food wasn't the greatest either it didn't have the seasoning it used to it was pretty bland.
