“We order here every time we are in the area. Earlier this week, we ordered a pizza with pepperoni and 16 cheeses (I think that is what my husband said). It was amazing! The next day, we were back in town so we ordered another of same thing. Since we are camping and not headed back to the campsite right away, my husband asked for 4 forks. The first young lady was going to give them to him, but another lady said you only get a fork with a bowl! Well, we would have accepted the bowls, but none given. So we got pizza sauce everywhere. How disappointing! You are aware that a lot of people come to this area from out of state, right? The only Papa John’s we like are this one and one in Gatlinburg. I probably won’t order again unless I ask for forks first. It doesn’t seem like losing a customer over 4 plastic forks is the best idea. I’m giving 4 stars bc the pizza is excellent, but the customer service could use a bit of a tweak.“
“All I can say is WOW! As soon as we walked in we were greeted all three gentlemen were soo friendly! The food was soo fresh and delicious!My 2 year old daughter only eats the pepperoni off pizza and today for the first time she ate 2 whole slices! Definitely our new spot! “As a person who enjoys pizza avidly, i can tell to any who also loves a slice of heaven on their plate, they are doing themselves a disservice not ordering a stuffed pizza from here (chicago style). It not only puts other pizza in town to shame, but also the rest of their menu and i mean that positively. If i had to recommend a specific pizza, go double cup pep stuffed pizza and if you don't enjoy it, you don't love pizza.“
