“First time ordering from this location and they did not disappoint. Placed my order online and had it picked up within 15min. It was hot, and as ordered. Great experience, great customer service. Highly recommend giving these guys a try. Will definitely stop in when in the area 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟“

“Made an online order it was ready in 15 minutes. I did stand by the counter for a few minutes the boy that was up there was talking to a girl, and I had to wait for them to finish talking 😔 before I was even acknowledged that I had been standing there waiting to get my pickup order. But this is the first time I've ever had this kind of problem there usually I am in and out in 2 seconds.“

“When they first opened they were immaculate! Everything was on par! But now, in a few months it seems like they struggle to keep up with drive through orders. Numerous times we ordered a hot &ready with crazy crust (informed by the employee that it's an additional charge-sure we know that) and it's not there. Or ask for an extra cup of marinara sauce again told it's an upcharge (sure it's expected) and forgotten.
Today we ordered pepperoni hot and ready. ( Only 1 car ahead of us btw) Was told we only have cheese only will this be ok??? Sure if that's all u have we will take it. Add the crazy crust please. We get to the window and the dude hands us the pepperoni that he said he didn't have and no crazy crust. Again, I hate complaining about fast food but it's the small details. Have your staff effectively communicate. If you acknowledge an upcharge make sure it's handled. If you're able to provide the product originally requested communicate. The service industry IMO is going to frap because employers today would rather replace an under performing staff member immediately as opposed to properly training them“

“Great place to go have some fun and listen to some live music. They didn't have the drink that I liked but I talked to the bartender and within about 20 minutes they had the drink that I love. And if you're going to suit me like that then I will be back“

“My husband and I visited Giovanni’s Pizza in Morehead this week. The experience was awesome. I got a cauliflower crust with everything on it and it was the best. Hubby got a 2 topping and he said it was amazing. Give them a visit please!!“
