“Fabulous food in the heart of downtown Berea, in a very historic building. The staff was also very courteous and polite. Parking is somewhat limited due to the college but if you don't mind walking a short distance, then it shouldn't be a problem.The price of the food was also very cheap for the quality, so you can't go wrong by stopping here for lunch or dinner.“
“I dined in around 4:30 PM on a Friday.The restaurant wasn’t busy. I ordered “The Appalachian”, one of their specialty pizzas, which was closest to what I would typically order.The pizza came out in under 15 minutes.The crust on this pizza was great. It had a good taste, was nicely charred & crispy. The sauce was thick, sweet, and tangy. All the condiments were generously portioned, and evenly spread. The mushroom’s seemed to have been canned. The rest of the toppings were fresh.The pricing was reasonable.The young lady who served me was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was meticulously clean.“
“They brought out pizzas pretty quick and I will say. I enjoyed every bite till the last bite. I shouldn't have ate that last bite lol. It's Giovanni's,it's hard to say no. My daughter and I also had a salad. Nice selection of toppings and tasteful. I went to check out,a young man at the register,was impressed with his actions and the way he spoke with me. He was professional and I was clowing a little and he rolled right with it. Ya got to love a good attitude.If ya want a good buffet with pizza or salad. (Never tried the pasta) but if ya want to take it home,hit the drive thru.There sausage pizza has that taste of the old school rectangle pizzas from my younger days. “I came here this morning to work on the plumbing, I got to see the kitchen before they even started. This place is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in. Everything is in perfect order and stainless steel is shining. I have a list of places I can eat at anymore after seeing the kitchen. A++“
