I had never eaten at this establishment before and decided to give it a try the customer service and food was horrible.
Upon arrival the person taking our order knew nothing about the menu (making order wrong once it arrived to the table) but not wanting to cause a sense we decided we still give it a try.

Papa Leno's is a popular Italian restaurant in downtown Berea, housed in a historic building. The staff is courteous, and the food is excellent with generous portions, including delicious meals like manicotti and pizza. While the air conditioning may need fixing, the affordable prices and welcoming atmosphere make it a fantastic choice for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a lively college town vibe, with customers praising the fresh and tasty pizza, salads, and desserts. However, some customers have experienced long wait times for their orders, and the owner's response to concerns has been noted as less than ideal. Overall, Papa Leno's remains a beloved local spot known for its quality Italian cuisine and cozy, family-friendly environment.
