“Can’t wait to go back and try more drinks and more dishes! I had the Yuzu cocktail—delish, refreshing and a dish with tofu in a sauce and scallions and fried garlic and seaweed salad. The salty tofu and the sweet yuzu drink were perfect together. Then I tried a floral/dry sake and ended the night with a tofu cheese puff. Excellent end of the night bite. Service is great! Recommendations were lovely. Vibes are cozy and relaxed. I’ll be back!“

“Great atmosphere and even better company! The Sand Trap is the perfect spot to hit some golf balls with the boys. The simulators are top-notch—accurate, fast, and a blast to play on. Whether you’re working on your swing or just hanging out, the setup is awesome. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Lexington and love golf!“

“I went to 2 Fisted for the first time ever last Friday (Feb. 6). I was mainly there to see the band play because I haven't seen a good live band in a very long time. The band that played that night (I forget the name of them...sorry!) was amazing! They sounded awesome! The overall vibe of the place is just as great, and their staff is just as great. I'll definitely be coming back to check out some good live music and to get my share of my favorite drink: A Coke and lime! LOL See y'all soon! 😎“

“Wow! If you love bourbon… if you love craft cocktails and craft beer… B&R is a MUST!!! We had a perfectly balanced sour, a spirit forward old fashioned (smoked peel!) and their Coffee & Smoke which is a fun twist on a Manhattan with their own smoky flair. We arrived too late for their full menu, but their bar bites definitely did not disappoint…. The wings!!!! We will be back every time we’re in Lexington!“

“Al’s Bar is a Lexington treasure. Always booking great acts and hosting a wide variety of rad events, with a sizable back patio and reasonable prices. I'm sorry I didn't catch the bartender's name but she was cool during a Monday day (she had a walking boot that I hope is healing well/ healed by now). Very well priced beers and she made us stellar *Washington Apple* 🍎🍏 shots 🥃. ESPN on for early pre-party! ;) maybe she'll join us (, if allowed 🥃 🍻) next time: I am hoping for a Monday day one again, ideally to get the same wonderful server/ you could tell she knew regulars and was mindful n caring throughout (.. not to mention being the*only bartender/ server while still able to move around well was impressive. Bro and I passed on one place and ended up here .. good choice and lots of fun!! 🎉“

“This place is great. Came in from out of town and went to a concert. Had to walk the dog and ended up in this great, pet friendly bar. We were so excited to find such a cool spot. Super affordable. Noticed half way through our first round that we had lost an expensive ring somewhere. The owner helped us look for a while and we left our information with him after not being able to find it. Turns out, it had been dropped outside and as luck would have it, some honest person turned it in the next day and the owner gave us a call and kept it safe until it could be retrieved. The atmosphere and space is great and the place is clean! (I’d know I was searching under tables and in the corners for that ring😆) I definitely recommend Devilish Current and we plan to return on our next visits to Lex.“

“The most fun I've ever had at a bar in downtown Lexington happened here. The bartender that night (Larry) was a blast. Quiet bar, but amazing customer service. We randomly walked in and stayed for the entire night out. We've tried to go back twice, but they were closed for the night, but still a great bar if you're just trying to hang out!“

“The Break Room bar is a smallish place with outdoor seating in a balcony plus another area for a small band. Drink prices for beer and liquor are cheap. Service by the bartender was very good and friendly. The atmosphere is quaint and rustic. Good place and recommend you try it out.“

“I had an amazing experience at The Bourbon Library during my Kentucky trip. I tried the Blackened Salmon, and it was absolutely outstanding — easily one of the best meals I had on the entire trip. The salmon was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and seasoned just right with a delicious blackened crust. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. If you’re visiting Kentucky and looking for a memorable meal, I highly recommend trying the Blackened Salmon here at the airport.“

“One team member said: "The Obstinate Sons is by far one of my favorite restaurants! They have an incredible vintage whiskey selection and an incredible menu. Their deviled egg (and I don't say this lightly) was the best deviled egg I've ever had in my life. They also have very solid portions and an incredibly nice staff!"“

Every time I've gone in, the men's room has gotten a little scarier and the pile of broken chairs in the corner is growing. It just seems like they're existing but not taking steps to improve.. That said, the bar staff is super friendly and they still bring in fun entertainment. I hope they start taking pride in the establishment again and clean up the rough edges.“
