Lauren and Chris are magnificent. Their service is exceptional, sweet smiles, and kind words are the Very Best. Rarely, if I do stay at a different hotel downtown, I come to the Hilton Downtown Lexington, to the Big Blue Martini. The food is delicious, so there is no reason to leave the hotel, just go doeysirx the Big Blue Martini. Enjoy😊
BBM is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring downtown Lexington. We stopped in for a drink and dessert, and both were excellent. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and made for a great evening.
One thing that really stood out was the atmosphere. Unlike our hotel room upstairs, the air conditioning here actually worked, making it a cool and comfortable place to unwind after being out in the summer heat.

Lauren was very attentive and personable. She smiled easily. She gave us the impression that she really liked her job. She made us glad to be there, and was interested in us as individuals. She took time with us, and was also very attentive to be customers when they came in.
She was exceptionally polite to a somewhat disorderly homeless person who wandered in asking for a cold beverage. She gave him a soda and deescalated the situation calmly.
