Once upon a time there was a magical eatery that would delight all in central Kentucky. For, upon the 5th day of each week, they would host a pasta bar. Patrons would line up for a block to pick their pasta, and toppings, and sauce. Then, they'd oo and ah as the chef masterfully heated their creations. Friendships were forged, the hungry were fed, and no tears fell in this small triangle in the center of Lexington.
Then one sad day, it ended.
