I only gave three stars for atmosphere because this place would really benefit from some maintenance, particularly outside. We loved being able to sit on the balcony outside that over looks the river but there were lots and lots of cobwebs that clearly had not been swept in maybe years. Even dust and cobwebs on the rafters over the tables. The gutters were also so in need of a cleaning that plants were growing out of them. Also, the balcony jiggled every time out server, who was very petite by the way, walked up to our table. It didn't feel very safe.“
