Lexington has needed something like this for a long time. South Florida is full of places similar and this is what I've been missing from my recent move. I would have given 5 stars but the girl who helped us today appeared to be annoyed by questions. I was picking up carryout for myself and a friend. She wanted something that had been taken off the menu, so I couldn’t order it online. We contacted them by phone, and they were really friendly and accommodating. When I arrived to pick it up, the guy was super enthusiastic about helping me, and offered to write down the ingredients of the erstwhile menu item so we could recreate it as a “create your own” order next time. Staff was amazing! Greeted w a smile and made our bowls swiftly and very tasty! As soon as there was no one in line they immediately started cleaning the food line to be ready for next guest. You are very blessed to have a staff that is energetic and will to go over and above. Many restaurants have some very lazy employees .
