This is the best restaurant in Georgetown. This location is super busy for lunch, but they are very organized and the line moves quickly. I have been eating here for 5 years. I always get what I ordered including salt, ketchup and other sauces. Napkins and utensils are always included without asking. The Chick-fil-A at the Gatton Student Center was PACKED. The staff only takes orders digitally through the kiosks— which can be nice— but is extremely annoying when there is staff waiting behind the counter doing nothing. The line to order flooded the Panda Express location next door and the spot to pick up your food was no different. My friend and I had to wait about thirty minutes to get our food.
