Food is pretty hit or miss. All the places that serve the same thing are mid, but the workers are generally pretty nice. The cafeteria itself is pretty chill, realistically a 3.5/5.For fellow broke college students, I recommend getting at least one of the green takeout boxes, I prefer 2 (one for dry food, the other for wet food). Awesome! Great selection. Friendly staff. There's even an allergy friendly zone. My kids loved it! We were here on a Saturday afternoon and there was brunch. The brunch was yummy. I enjoyed the salad bar. My husband enjoyed the nacho bar. There's something for everyone !

The Gatton Student Center is a beautiful, spacious common area inside UK's Business School. The main seating and study area can be accessed by staircase or elevator. A sculpture is extended above the seating area that offers tables and oversized chairs. Lots of natural light comes through the glass ceiling. Also downstairs is a cafe for food and refreshments. It's great to have an option other than Starbucks and not be forced to walk across campus to access the main dining halls....read full review
