McDonald’s of today is so sad. I just went thru the drive thru on Harrodsburg Rd with my grand daughter (Sat night 6pm 3-2-24)We ordered a 6 piece happy meal of nuggets, BBQ sauce, Plain cheeseburger, and a #6 fish meal. Our drinks were right.My order on the drive thru screen was correct….$15Her happy meal had 4 pieces in it….not 6I got NO BBQ sauceWe didn’t get the cheeseburger at all….The fish sandwich was ‘warm” at bestThe fries in both meals were 1/2 a degree above cold…!!How does that happen at a McD’s….???I didn’t check all the bags because there were 5-6 cars behind me.“Service” these days has dropped to unrealistic LOW levelsThis location used to be really on the ball last summer but has slipped ever since. The Nicholasville Rd location might as well close. It is a joke. Don’t ever go there…!!It is just a very sad work ethic in this world anymore.Absolutely pathetic. Just steer clear of this place.

Customer service is non existent at this location. Come here at any given time no one will help. I had to order from the kiosk, no one brought my food out nor announced my order. My food was cold. I stood for ten minutes at the counter for creamers. Ice melted in my iced coffee ruining it! Everyone ignored me. For any food go nextdoor to Raising Cane's or Chick Fil A. Just don't waste your time and money here.

This is the best McDonald's in town...i won't go o any others...best breakfast crew and service!!
They claim to be 24 hours but arent. Idk if they open at 5 a.m or 6 but im here just before 5 which shouldnt be an issue considering it says theyre 24hrs on google. Maybe you should put whoever is in charge of stuff like this back on wiping down trays with the other developmentally challenged
