I visited this establishment, and I was very disappointed. I make 2 trips to dunkin a day, sometimes more. I'm gonna give an example of what light cream looks like. Also the color Carmel, which when added to coffee, darkening coffee.Iced coffee to be exactly the type. Coffee is dark brown, Carmel color darkens coffee more.ICED COFFEE, ABSOLUTELY should NEVER be almost white, or beige, or light, unless 10 cream is added to it..

Female employee at counter touching/grabbing everything with her gloved hand including her face, the sides of the cases, countertops, boxes, donuts, everything. At 1 point the manager talked to her about something and she rolled her eyes and refused to look at him when he was speaking to her. Her whole attitude was poor and her handling of the food she was selling to people is inexcusable. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager very snoddily said to his employee who was standing 2 feet farther away from him than I was that he didn't have time to talk to anybody. He did not look at me or make eye contact with me or address me. Even though I was standing closer to him then the employee was. The complete lack of concern for infecting customers with illness or disease is inexcusable. I believe someone said the manager's name was Zack. He was a white male with brown curly unkempt hair. He was not wearing a hat or hairnet of any kind. The female employee working the counter was a youngish black woman that appeared to have greenish colored braids sticking out from under her hat.

Just left with my small order of a peach drink and stuffed bagel minis. I had to pull forward to wait a couple minutes for the bagel bites. Not sure what the wait was about because they were cold to the touch out of the bag and frozen cream cheese in the middle. I don’t have time to fight lex traffic to go get it fixed or my money back, so that’s a bummer. Disappointing.

They completely messed up our order! They gave us a croissant sandwich instead of the breakfast wrap that we ordered. They gave us a bagel bowl, even though we did not order it! Utterly sloppy work!

So I sat and waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes and all I had was $100 bill I ordered $40 worth of food and they told me that they couldn’t take it. They couldn’t take any bills Larger than 20 bucks which is a lie because I’ve worked out at Dunkin in New York City and I’ve worked at a Dunkin in upstate New York and I’ve worked at a A Dunkin in Kentucky so if somebody orders $40-$50 worth of food and you can’t take 100 then you might need to post that up instead of having somebody wait 20 minutes in line

Update: trying to get a refund from Customer Service has been a nightmare. Beware of placing an order online--if they don't have the item, the store won't refund you, and Customer Service will delay the refund. This has been a comedy of errors.Awful. The app sells items that the store doesn't have...not just things they run out of, but things they never had that day at all. The stores won't issue refunds and say they have no control over the app. What gives? Starbucks seems to have mostly figured it out, so why can't Dunkn? Customer service (phone) is closed today. Grrrrr. So they get to keep my money until they decide to issue a refund? How many people do they do this to? Seems it could add up pretty quickly. The store could at least have offered a gift card or credit...but nope!

Ordered through the mobile app. They first didn't want to give me the hot food I ordered. I made the mistake of not checking the bag when they did give me the food. Of course they didn't give me everything I ordered and paid for. The coffee was disgusting, the donuts were stale. I called about the missing food, they offered for me to come back and get it out get it another day. But it's not worth going back to this location.

Do you call it racism or prejudice ??? hmmm I went for a interview to be a assistant manager, cause that was the position and the interview went great is what I thought...he said he would give a call back by Friday if I got the job. today Saturday NO CALL BACK ! what is crazy to me cause I literally told him most of my jobs was assistant store manager positions, not only that it's on my resume so it wouldn't been no hassle at all. so y'all tell me if it makes sense... I have plenty experience, walking distance literally 3 mins tops and was ready to start that day ! not to mention it was NOT 1 black person working there at all when I went up there where's the diversity ??? I would love to see who got hired and what they experience and resume look like ! so now they get no money or respect from me ! I could've probably helped your VERY low rates but hey Krispy kreme for the win in general.
