got lunch today, best service ive had frim a rallys in a while, got the flav-max burgers and fries with the flav-max sized drinks, they actually gave us the collection lids and straws to match the cups, even for the fry cups, only rallys so far that ive seen do it
We just ordered $20 worth of food and get to my hotel 25 mins down the road and notice that we were missing one whole meal. Called them several times as I was already so far away and no one would answer the phone. After traveling all day I sure do not feel like driving back and forth another hour. The food wasn’t good enough for all that. I will be calling on the morning.
This was the best service that we had in a long time, hot food, timely service, and very polite, we went thru drive thru on 9-09-26 at 4:30 pm, we definitely will come back

Rally's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its delicious chicken bites and efficient drive-thru service. While some customers have reported issues with slow service or incorrect orders, many have praised the friendly staff, especially the manager Ms. Debbie, who keeps the place running smoothly.
