Rallys is literally my favorite fries and they have good burgers too.But this location needs to get its act together. Waited for 10 minutes for an app delivery pickup and when the lady finally comes she tells me its not ready circle around. i say im going to unassign and she tells me i was in the parking lot too long or something and don't stay there. I had just previously taken a break to eat a burger FROM rallys in the parking lot. and I'm not sure how it was related to begin with. And all this from a manager. very disappointed with the customer service here and will avoid pickups from this location in future

They had 2 lanes, but one was completely closed. My burger was cooked too fast and was not cooked completely. There was no pink in the burger. It was mushey and tasted like it was rushed. Just enough that the pink was gone.

Worst burger meal that I've ever. I puked after a few bites cuz it was cold & greasy af, so I had to throw it away.
Very slow service and my order wasn't correct. Didn't have any condiments in the bag even after asking for them. Workers were very rude and Also disrespectful.

My family and I ordered food and didn't receive everything. My mom went to the window to get the rest and the employees argued saying that they gave us everything. My mom stood outside in the cold waiting on our food. They didn't even provide us with straws for our drinks. We do not live in this county so just think if we waited to check our bag. This is not the first time we have received bad service.

Robot takes ur order at drive thru. The guy felt some type of way when I got to the window because I cussed the robot. I had a good laugh from how bent out of shape dude was for me making a remark to automated bot.
