I live out of town and we don't have a Rallys so I stop here everyime I'm in Lexington. I give special instructions on my burger and it's NEVER been wrong. Food is always good and hot. Service is always quick. Definitely my favorite fast food place to get a burger and fries!!
The manager named Bo was so efficient and personable. He had extensive and detailed knowledge of their products. He even got me to purchase a dessert. I don't ever do that. The ice cream was great and so was he.. I'll be back.

I was here shorter than 3 weeks ago. Best fries made. Wish Richmond rd was back open but they do good at this one. Drive thru automated. Be careful don't cuss it because every1 is listening Inside. I found out the hard way.
