I rolled up and dropped 8.88 on an omelet biscuit meal with a Diet Dr Pepper, which feels like the nutritional equivalent of saying “I’m trying” while holding a lit cigarette (i don't smoke anymore). I don’t know how many calories were in that biscuit, but spiritually it felt like a misdemeanor. I’m ready to turn myself in. No Fifth Amendment. I did it. I ate it. Lock me up. Schedule more gym activity.
