The McDonald's restaurant in Lexington offers a decent fast-food experience with friendly staff and a clean environment. The food is usually fresh and hot, and the drive-thru service is reliable. The parking layout is convenient, and the place seems to be enjoyed by kids. While the fries and nuggets can be hit or miss, the tasty menu items like ice cream make up for it.
The restaurant has received positive feedback from customers, with one praising the excellent service provided by the team, particularly Ms. Tae Tae, in recognizing the service of veterans. Another customer noted that this location is better at accurately filling the order compared to a nearby location.
However, one customer had a less than favorable experience at the McPlay place, where the other children were reportedly mean, and the area had unpleasant odors. Despite this, the customer acknowledged that the experience was still better than staying at the Microtel by Wyndham.
