“This happened on Sunday March the 1st. I got there and placed my order. I was told it will be at least 15 minutes cause they didn't have enough wings. Waited the 15 minutes and the lady come out and said they had issues with the oil. It had to be filtered then they will cook my order up. It would be a few more minutes. Total of 40 minutes I waited. She came out with my hot and fresh food, gave me a little extra for the wait and refunded my money. After being off from work the past three weeks because of a fall on ice this very kind gesture was much needed! I highly recommend this location. Thank you all so much!“

The staff working seemed to be confused, and not responsive to customer needs. Luckily we checked our order, and we were missing 3 sandwiches, and while we were there another customer had to come back in the restaurant as his order was wrong.The food, once we received it was hot, portioned amply and tasted as Arby's advertised!I cannot express how hard, diligent and striving for meeting customer needs was the manager operating! She was not the issue, and she went beyond to operate the restaurant effectively.“

“This is a medium size property without designated RV parking. The lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and my food order was hot, accurate and prompt. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming, wifi was inactive at this location.“
