Don’t do fast food very often because honestly, the quality and service has gotten so bad
However, this was an exceptional visit the woman working the drive-through named Dalanee was wonderful and the food was hot and the quality was excellent

Fazoli's offers outstanding customer service, with staff being precise, polite, and prompt. The food quality is great, including the most authentic Italian pasta, and the pricing is decent. The Ultimate Sampler remains a popular menu item. Although there may be occasional mistakes with orders, many customers express happiness with their food and the great service. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp and level ground leading to tables inside and out. While service can be frustrating at times, especially during busy periods, the food quality makes it worth a visit. Recent reviews highlight the amazing staff, with employees like Dalanee and Chad going above and beyond to brighten customers' days. The atmosphere is well-managed and friendly, making it a great spot to enjoy a nice and relaxed casual meal with friends and family. Some locations may still have inconsistent service and menu issues, so checking reviews for specific locations is important. Overall, Fazoli's continues to impress with its great food and service.
