“I work all over Central Kentucky and frequent alot of Arby's locations. I have yet to to find one that measures up to this location. Service has been speedy on each of my visits. Staff is always polite and humble. The meats are always sliced perfectly and never too thick, which is something that no other location that I've visted has been able to do. I absolutely cannot stand when the roast beef has been sliced too thick. It should always be shaved. Props for being able to maintain that quality standard. Keep up the good work!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I can’t express how much I enjoy eating at this Jimmy John’s location in Winchester. Their customer services is outstanding. They care about you as a person, they want you to be pleased with what you get and pursue quality. Communication of mangers and crew is also another reason I afore this location.

Everyone I see is friendly, kind, courteous and have something a lot of venues I visit lack. Passion. The mangers and their crew, have passion. I’m not just a “number” when I walk through that door. I am a human being, who has feelings and they spot that and respond to that. Meaning, they listen to me if I have a question or come over to check on me even if I clearly have everything in front me, it doesn’t stop them from checking in or asking me about my day.

Every time I or my team comes to Winchester, we make it a mandatory goal to visit this Jimmy John’s so we can be surrounded by outstanding customer service and of course, eat the food. The food is delicious and they have vegetarian selections that are a must try if you strictly love veggies.

I come for the food, but I return for the safe space the manger/mangers have built in that restaurant. 😊“
