Food took about 30 mins to deliver. Everything was good except they forgot our cookies. Called to speak with a manger and was left on hold for an extremely long time and ended up hanging up.
Michaela looked mad when I ordered then asked to add on a drink. She was also complaining about customers “complicated” orders while I was still in the building. Unprofessional and left a bad vibe in there.

I went there last week with my best friend for lunch and Kendra took out order. Food was quick and tasted wonderful. As we were eating, we could hear how Kendra interacted with staff and we later found out Kendra was management. I have to say the interaction with the staff was very friendly and respectful.The staff were laughing and having a wonderful time and working but not once were they rude to a customer, nor did they neglect customers.
