Visited this Penn Station in Richmond while dropping my son to college. The guys running the store were all nice. Food was delicious.
I love this place for the most part. The food comes out fresh for me, but as of this review I don't know why there is a terrible smell filling the air. Today and a few days before I left because of awful air quality. I want to go back if it improves.
We love Penn Station! Always great subs and friendly service. Frequent opportunities for special coupons and monthly discounted specials. Store is always clean too. Restrooms are the only part that's not super. Could use a good detailed cleaning and some deodorizer. They definitely aren't terrible, but are below the quality of every other part of the Penn Station experience.
