I had the best experience here. I ordered nuggets and was told to pull up because they had to make some. After about 15 minutes, I figured they had forgotten about me so I called. The ladies here are the sweetest and kindest ones I’ve ever met. I could not have been less upset, but they were SO sorry and went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have a bad experience. They also gave my dog a cup of whipped cream 😂 I can not say enough good things about my experience today...read full review
I visited this location today, and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The lady working the register was full of energy and cared about taking care of me. Next, I sat down with my order and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich ( which was no big deal, I was dining in ) I took it back up to the counter to get it corrected and the manager was overly apologetic, and gave me the sandwich i ordered.
