“Everything was fine and what you’d expect from a Subway. I took off a star because they don’t accept coupons. Corporate Subway keeps mailing some really good offers, and it’s practically impossible to find a location that will take them. I found the Subway on Southland does accept coupons, so I try to go there whenever possible. But something is wrong with Subway if they have all these coupons no one will take. Corporate, please fix this!!“

The sandwich artist was really friendly and seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, and was happy to see us, which is a rarity these days. Food tasted like what you expect from Subway.“

“We were in the neighborhood and looking for something different to eat and passed by this place. I am so glad that we stopped in! I had the Liberty which is a delicious country ham sandwich and my wife had the chicken salad croissant. Probably the best chicken salad we have had in a long time. The country ham sandwich did not disappoint either! We both had the home made potato chips. We will definitely go out of our way to eat here again and again!“

“Food was phenomenal!! Cooked fresh right in front of you. From the meats on the grill, to the fresh cut fries, fried per order. Highly recommend the Ghost Pepper cheese for those who want and little extra pep in their step.

The staff was beyond friendly, and customer service was above and beyond. Always taking the time to make each individual customer feel welcomed and special.

On top of it all, the seasonal decorations are always a pleasant sight to see. Makes the store feel that much more welcoming to all, inside and out.

Every time I have gone to this restaurant, it is clean and above and beyond the customer service that is there is just amazing in every way there is one worker in particular, and her name Tish and she is such a ray of sunshine, and sometimes in a very dark world it’s so refreshing I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so pleasant and happy and engaging in every way the other employees are wonderful as well. don’t get me wrong, but she just gives you that extra happiness friendliness, so I highly suggest if you get a chance to get over to this Jimmy John’s to go inside and meet this lovely woman and her other coworkers and just enjoy their energy“

“Right off UK’s campus. Parking isn’t ideal, but the service makes up for it. The manager here is always so kind and goes above and beyond to ensure great service. This is a great alternative to the mundane Subway and JJ options. Food is great. Pricey, but great.“

“this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10“

“This is a Subway in a Walmart lobby, so set your expectations accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I was glad they accepted coupons, because most Subways don’t and that’s frustrating. “Vegetarian options: one of the sandwiches, The Veggie, has no meat, and comes with both cheese and avocado spread at no extra cost. no other sandwiches on their menu don't charge for avocado spread.

Dietary restrictions: they have breadless versions of all their sandwiches for anyone who can't have bread. they come wrapped in lettuce. none of their sandwiches or sides have any peanuts or tree nuts in them. as far as I'm aware the bread is egg free, but I'm not actually 100% sure on that, so don't rely on me saying that if you're allergic.“

My favorite order is the #12, The Beach Club. I’ve visited many Jimmy John’s across the country, but they make it perfectly here! I appreciate the quick service for a delicious sub.

“The gentleman working here made this visit amazing. My autistic son loves to visit the one near us and wanted to come in here when he saw the fans. He wanted his usual cookie, chips and water. The kind gentleman did not charge me and even gave my son some balloons. He was patient with my son despite the fact he looked busy when we walked in. The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and when I am down this way again I will definitely be ordering from here.“
