“Subways are all the same except for the person who prepares your Sub.Sometimes you get a really great Sub with plenty of side additions that you tell them you want. Other times the Subs can have too much Mayo or mustard on them which can ruin the entire meal.More consistency is needed in amounts added. I love Subway and we eat takeout often from this chain. Subway is my preferred Chain Sub Sandwich place to go for sure. But if a sandwich is $8-$10 each make it worth what is being paid!“

“We were in the neighborhood and looking for something different to eat and passed by this place. I am so glad that we stopped in! I had the Liberty which is a delicious country ham sandwich and my wife had the chicken salad croissant. Probably the best chicken salad we have had in a long time. The country ham sandwich did not disappoint either! We both had the home made potato chips. We will definitely go out of our way to eat here again and again!“

“Everything was fine and what you’d expect from a Subway. I took off a star because they don’t accept coupons. Corporate Subway keeps mailing some really good offers, and it’s practically impossible to find a location that will take them. I found the Subway on Southland does accept coupons, so I try to go there whenever possible. But something is wrong with Subway if they have all these coupons no one will take. Corporate, please fix this!!“
“Let me say this is the BEST Jimmy John’s in Lexington. Every time I have gone to this restaurant, it is clean and above and beyond the customer service that is there is just amazing in every way there is one worker in particular, and her name Tish and she is such a ray of sunshine, and sometimes in a very dark world it’s so refreshing I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so pleasant and happy and engaging in every way the other employees are wonderful as well. don’t get me wrong, but she just gives you that extra happiness friendliness, so I highly suggest if you get a chance to get over to this Jimmy John’s to go inside and meet this lovely woman and her other coworkers and just enjoy their energy“

While the Club Wich is my all-time favorite, you can't go wrong with any selection. “I love Firehouse Subs. Their food is great. I am always met with a friendly face and I can be just a little bit picky when I order. But it's never been an issue. My Sub is always perfectly made per my request and my order. The building is slightly more hidden back off the road than I had liked However, by using Google Maps, I found it on the first try! The parking is ample and the atmosphere is very good.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarians you are going to find no problem with finding a meal to enjoy here.“
“Wonderful workers, very kind! They are willing to change/add/detract whatever you need on the sandwich. Very clean and vibrant. The chips and such are always stocked. The subway is accessible for wheelchairs and there is enough space to eat comfortably that isn't right next to line. Bathrooms are well maintained.“

“I was in charge of ordering for six people and picking up the order late this morning. There were lots of omissions and additions of ingredients on the sandwiches and salads. We ordered salads, sandwiches, chips and cookies. Every single thing in the order was exactly correct. I used the app to order and then picked it up inside the store. The app made it so easy and even though it looked like the lady was there by herself when I arrived, around 10:40 a.m. this morning, it was ready early and perfect right down to the utensils and napkins. I was impressed with the accuracy and her friendliness.“

On this occasion I walked in and had a question about the new warps they were selling. The blank stare of the cashier smack les me right in the face. This lady had no clue. Alas tho a voice in the back pipes up. This guy told me about them, what he thought of them, and even answered my questions. At the end of the day I got the jalapeño and didn't like it but I wanted to give this guy a shout out. Maybe he need to be on the register. I know I don't know the specifics of the situation but out of at least 6 people standing around he was the only one who stepped up to help me out. “I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want to emphasize protein and fat macros a cheap unwhich from JJs is always a solid move. Especially in time crunches.“
