Last couple times I ordered giant I received 2 of the smaller sandwiches. Not really a issue for me, just curious if giant size is still a thing?
Only received 1/2 our food items. Waited 25 minutes (before and after informing register employee ) that we still didn’t have our salad. Never got it. It was not busy. Employee never followed up or cared that we paid and didn’t get it. Walked out as we could no longer wait and didn’t get our money back or our salad we paid for! Horrible customer service! Never going back.

Some specific managers and workers, like Nikki, Bonnie, Kevin, pam, and Ke ke, are noted as the best. However, some visits have been a blah experience with underwhelming staff and a weird vibe. There are also reports of needing more staff, as orders have been forgotten when the team is overwhelmed. Overall, the food is fresh and delicious, with creamy macaroni and cheese, making it a regular spot for many.
