“I came here with my wife to get lunch, we were met at the counter by a young gentleman who was more than happy to help us out with recommendations and made our sandwiches beautifully. Our sandwiches came out amazing, I definitely will be coming back!!“

“My spouse and I just moved back from Florida and this is one of the restaurants that I missed the most. Fries were excellent and just as good as I remembered. We both got the philly and I added artichokes to mine. Absolutely love that we have that option. And the staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back again!“

“I wanted to send a big thank you Amanda B at our local Subway for always going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. We ordered our subs through the app and picked up about 10 minutes later, Amanda met us at the shop with a beautiful smile and a welcoming hello that made us feel right at home. Our subs were made perfectly just as they are every time Amanda is working. She is the reason we choose Subway as our weekend lunch spot. Thank you and see you next weekend!“

“Visited this place for the first time today. I’m an unabashed Cubs fan but the food is objectively outstanding! I ordered the cheesesteak and fries. Will be making a return trip soon.“

“Stopped in with my partner last Monday afternoon- our first JM experience. In short, the food AND service were first-rate. The manager struck up a conversation without being pushy... rare AND much appreciated! We had cold subs this time- after the next visit(steak&cheese), I will review in more detail. 2 new happy customers!!“

“They accidentally forgot our sandwich and Tony delivered it to us. Awesome service.“

“One of the best penn station stores in lex and surrounding locations. I ordered the cheese steak and small fries. There was a great amount of steak, onions and mushrooms on my sub. The bread was wonderfully toasted and the fries were fresh and hot!
The associates were very nice and helpful. They give a senior discount too!“

“Tasteful subs great outside seating“

“Was greeted with a friendly smile and hello when I came in. My sandwich was made by Kelli, who made my order perfectly and neat. Food was fresh and delicious! The manager was also there, Chad, and was welcoming as well. This place is always top tier- way to go team!“

“Amazing location with amazing employees! The people at this Subway work so diligently and provide the best customer satisfaction. I come here so often, that they've memorized my order by heart and I'm out of there in 2 mins. Food is always so fresh, too!“

“Came in with my family, the guy who made our sandwich’s was great, made delicious sandwiches! Just wish he had some help! (Corporate should really be ashamed of themselves! This isn’t the only location I see that they leave one person to handle everything!) He was the only person handling prep, cashier and the sandwich line etc!! Thankfully everyone was kind and patient and didn’t blame him durning the lunch hour rush!“

“this is probably the first time ive gone to this specific jimmy johns and the worker that made my sandwich was super sweet. he went out of his way to make things easier for me because i was carrying my niece and he complimented my hand tats so that was also very nice of him. 10/10“

“Went in for lunch today and due to a power outage earlier in the day, the card machine wasn’t working. They told me to come back and pay later in the day, which I did.I applaud them for having a lot of trust in me, for only having come in a few times. Will come back!“

“Only Penn station I’ll go to, inside is well maintained and very clean.
Food was outstanding as always, the manager here does a very great job of always making sure every customer is being provided with great service

Management deserves a raise for this location“

“The employees at this location have consistently given me the best sandwiches. They actually care how their product looks & tastes. I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years & so I appreciate that these folks take the time to do it right. Yesterday, I mobile-ordered a Beast and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it and this location.“

“Sandwich we picked was great aside from the bread. Only 1 bread u can get and it's not really soft. The chips they have are hard also. This was my 1st time going to jimmy johns so I didn't know that. But the cookie was soft. An the staff was friendly and helpful“

“I downloaded the app and was excited there was a bogo offer for subs on it. Tried to order from here and the app notified me this location wasn’t accepting coupons.I was really bummed about that. I know times are tough for businesses, but it seems a little disingenuous to not use coupons. I still got my family’s subs there anyway, and they were fine, but next time I’m going to go to the Subway by Trader Joe’s because it seems that they still accept coupons, and that’s a big deal to me.“

“Last couple times I ordered giant I received 2 of the smaller sandwiches. Not really a issue for me, just curious if giant size is still a thing?“

“I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to maintain a low carb diet and want to emphasize protein and fat macros a cheap unwhich from JJs is always a solid move. Especially in time crunches.“

“Shout out to my favorite jommy johns!!! THANK YOU FOR MY DISGUSTING AMOUNT OF TOMATOES AND MAYO!!!! I’m literally so happy that y’all made it how I asked for it!! Lol seriously! P.s. Thanks for writing my name on my wrapper!!! The hearts were 👌🏻👌🏻 Stay golden y’all!! 💜💜“
