Went in there today, by chance as my truck decided to break down in the parking lot. The employees in this Jimmy John's made my day. Super polite friendly and just all around nice to be around.
I was greeted and welcomed with a smile by Tish. The sandwich was perfect and service was better! I was having a bad day but was inspired by Tish and Stephanie’s positive attitudes. They were singing, dancing and having fun while providing 5⭐️ lunch experience! Keep smiling and spreading the positive vibes. It was appreciated!

Let me say this is the BEST Jimmy John’s in Lexington. Every time I have gone to this restaurant, it is clean and above and beyond the customer service that is there is just amazing in every way there is one worker in particular, and her name Tish and she is such a ray of sunshine, and sometimes in a very dark world it’s so refreshing I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so pleasant and happy and engaging in every way the other employees are wonderful as well....read full review
