I called for a delivery and was told they’re out of bread at the sandwich shop and they only have wraps i said okay I’ll order a wrap and then the guy wouldn’t take my address I’m assuming someone doesn’t want to work but this was absolutely ridiculous

Let me say this is the BEST Jimmy John’s in Lexington. Every time I have gone to this restaurant, it is clean and above and beyond the customer service that is there is just amazing in every way there is one worker in particular, and her name Tish and she is such a ray of sunshine, and sometimes in a very dark world it’s so refreshing I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so pleasant and happy and engaging in every way the other employees are wonderful as well. don’t get me wrong, but she just gives you that extra happiness friendliness, so I highly suggest if you get a chance to get over to this Jimmy John’s to go inside and meet this lovely woman and her other coworkers and just enjoy their energy

This is the weirdest JJ's experience ive ever had. Random people in pajamas behind the counter, like 8 employees just standing around & yelling across the restaurant, and metal music blasting. I felt like i was intruding on a house party. Just very strange... Every sandwich we ordered was a little wrong (onions on one, no peppers on another, missing other ingredients, wrong chips, pickle only half cut, i had to break it in half) and just super sloppily done. Not bad food just kindof hilarious and super lazy. Not what i usually see from JJ's.

Went in there today, by chance as my truck decided to break down in the parking lot. The employees in this Jimmy John's made my day. Super polite friendly and just all around nice to be around.

I was greeted and welcomed with a smile by Tish. The sandwich was perfect and service was better! I was having a bad day but was inspired by Tish and Stephanie’s positive attitudes. They were singing, dancing and having fun while providing 5⭐️ lunch experience! Keep smiling and spreading the positive vibes. It was appreciated!

I received some really great coupon offerings and decided to splurge on two large veggie subs. Once I placed my order, I received a free coupon for anther sub. So, I ordered another one. Subs were ready when I arrived to pick them up. They were so yummy.

Excellent. I wanted a turkey wrap but got it on lettuce and it was delicious and light. The husband got an Italian and it was also delicious and the roll so soft. Driving through Kentucky and was not disappointed
