Subway in London

“@subway I need you to know that your manager, @heatherlhensley, at Store #3650 in London, Ky absolutely made my son’s 11th Birthday!!! He is currently obsessed with your meatball sub and wanted to have his birthday party (with a 6ft Meatball Party Sub) at Subway. I called the store and even though you don’t do party subs anymore, she thought it was so sweet he wanted his birthday there. She told me there is so little seating inside, but I assured her it would be okay and that I picked her store because it had the highest ratings in London! When we showed up on Saturday, she had gone out of her way to make it special for him! There were balloons everywhere, a happy birthday banner, and even a stack of happy birthday napkins! He got himself a footlong meatball sub and said he felt so popular, and special…what else could you ask for on a birthday!!!“

“Love the new team! Quick service with a smile. I felt like they were actually trying to please me as a customer, rather than being frustrated about having someone else to serve. As someone who loves Subway while traveling, I've eaten a lot of them. I also love the convenience of it being in the Walmart store. If I had one critique, and I know when it's busy, it's hard, but cleaning the tables faster after customers eat at them would be awesome. I know they're just getting their bearings. I look forward to the next time I come.“

“This review “I got food poisoning from this location. After which an overnight Walmart employee told me not to eat there. The supplies arrive in the night and remains on the floor until a subway employee arrives the next morning. After a gut wrenching experience and a trip to the emergency room and a week in bed suffering I will not be visiting any subway location again.” Is not true. The deliveries aret just laid out on the floor, people could easily steal everything that way. We get our deliveries Tuesday’s around 1-2pm. Worker is a liar.“

“Normal Subway. Only one person working but it wasn't too busy so that was okay. I do like that this is close to the interstate. Something I'm encountering at many subways lately - letting the veggies get wilty. Don't cut as much at once?“

“Hands down the best Subway ever! If you visit Jellico Tennessee you have to stop and meet the workers! The food is always as fresh as it can be and the service is amazing! These guys take pride in their work and they love to serve people! The lady says she's changing the world one sub at a time!“
