“Since I live 40 minutes away I usually get mine to go. Overall it's typically close to 5 star but maybe this time it seems there is a new manager that doesn't seem to have management skills for the business meaning he only has skills as someone who just bosses people around but doesn't know anything about food or at least the food that is being served at firehouse subs. Seemed like having several new employees to include one that just got hired a couple days ago and one that had been around for quite a bit longer. Everything seemed to go as expected considering the mentioned situation. The manager on duty seemed to be right around the corner finishing up what he was doing and then proceeds to come to the counter to follow up which ended up having all other female employees confused on current orders as it sounded like he was trying to change how to make orders to which the almost seasoned employee stepped aside to let whatever was happening to happen since it was the manager and was lost where someone else was for finishing up my daughter's order as she just got done with filling my order. My daughter's order got mixed up with another similar order and in turn wasn't fully right so I just asked to take what was missing on the side to fix our problem and be taken out of the managers caused confusion. Hopefully the manager learns and applies better management skills towards this kind of business bettering his way of training new employees and managing rather than bossing. Not giving employees eggshells to watch where they step when it's not needed sort of speaking.“
