Five Guys in Louisville

“I love Five Guys.
But this is my favorite location across the USA.
Always the friendliest service.
And the employees treat each other like family.
Crap fast food charges practically the same price. Why eat drive through trash when you can have TOP TIER burgers with A++ 5 Star service at 5 Guys.

“It’s a bit pricey, however look at the amount of fries for the large order. The burgers were delicious, fresh and toppings free! The service was excellent and Austin made our night! Keep him on the frontline!! We dined in, the sound was not bad, we could carry our convo in normal voice mode and there were many seated at tables and a line at the register. The employees handled the flow perfectly and kept the restaurant clean! Highly recommended Five Guys Middletown location no matter the occasion.“

“The environment was very clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was of five-star quality. Although this is an expensive fast food place, the excellent service makes the price worthwhile. The person who prepared our food, I believe his name is Armand, was not only a wonderful cook but also a great person to talk to.“

“Very interesting place. My husband used to go many years ago and he told me about it. I finally went and was very amused by the atmosphere. They call out your name very loud when you arrive for a pick up order. They also have barrels of freshly roasted peanuts that you can help yourself to. The staff is very friendly and surprisingly everyone had a smile on their face. They were a bit slow but the food was pretty good so I can't complain about that. I didn't give 5 stars simply because I think the prices are extremely high for a burger and hotdogs. It's still a fast food establishment and they have fine dining prices. But other than that I have nothing negative to say about this place. Definitely suggest you try it atleast once and DEFINITELY get a milkshake when you're there!! They are fabulous ?“
