“This team at Buzz Donut & Coffee set a very high bar for what customer service should look like. They have become my go to place for when I treat myself to a specialty drink (lattes on cold mornings, Buzzed lemonade for a mid day punch and boba milk tea…which my daughter describes as heaven). They exceed my expectations every single visit. I appreciate the warm, welcoming atmosphere extended to my family, the high quality, never disappointing drink and donut selection and that portion sizes are generous.“

“I just love this place! I have a large family of 8 and I love God and his word. After coming closer to God and pulling him in I truly understand how he has never changed his word or the diet we are supposed to follow to live a healthy life. With that being said we only eat kosher and cross contamination of unkosher is in EVERY restaurant except for BRANCH OUT in Paducah KY plus I don’t eat a whole lot of meat but my family does. This is the only place I trust we can all eat at as a family we get something new every time we have never had anything bad what’s so ever! My children love it! The staff is super friendly, helpful, the owner helped us out so much when it was our first time. The food is always fresh. Oh I must mention the dessert the s’mores is one of our favorites, we haven’t had anything bad and the desserts are sorta addicted am I kidding? The whole menu is!! The only bad thing is it would be nice if there was a location by the mall but it’s okay I know how to drive 🤣 thank you branch out!“
