Not being a dessert or gourmand cookie connoisseur, she made my decision super easy by asking what I liked and based my decision on that. The cookies stood the hype! Our dasher never showed up to get our food so a young lady who works there delivered it to us herself. And let me just tell you, she was so sweet and nice and when I tell you the food was amazing, I am not exaggerating. From the steak & coconut shrimp to the baked potato being cooked to perfection. My husband never took one drink while he was eating because it was so good he didn’t want to stop. This is one of our absolute favorite places to eat and this is why. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. This is why we will keep choosing you over the others.”

“My wife and I stopped in last week for breakfast and it was great. One thing we noticed here is when your food is done it's brought to your table right away piping hot. It doesn't sit for 5 minutes or longer cooling off. Since our first visit we have now been back 3 more times in the last 10 days. We stopped for lunch today and my wife ordered the double BLT and I had the Italian Beef. Both were delicious and delivered to our table piping hot.

Staff and owners are great as well. Excellent service provided by all.

What more can one ask for? Great food, great service and reasonable prices in this day and age. This will be a regular stop for us when we are in Paducah.”

“we ate 6 29 24 at 330 pm . the place was filthy and hot . the hostass didn't speak left to clean a table and never came back . finally another hostess setted us . the food ordered came out 25 minutes different for the 2 orders. the manager didn't care. Larry simply went and set at bar and laughed with friends. its a shame to see the cluster that restaurant is in . the food was good once we got it. so bad none extinct management. we have eaten at Gatlinburg and bowling Green. both were 5 star... Paducah needs new management and a good cleaning. we like the food but the atmosphere was zero hot un organized. nasty ... SAD”

I think it was their special of the day. No one behind me, so I backed up. I was told no that’s what I ordered, nope nothing about that burger was appealing to me, I would have never ordered it. With attitude they made me a double burger, the way i ordered it and said i owed $5 more because I had “eaten” the other. Well I took one bite and realized it was wrong. No im not paying $5 more. I’m sorry you got my order wrong. I would have never ordered the other burger, because I can’t even eat cheese. And I’m not paying for your mistake. I will give another chance because I love them, but never again if I get treated so poorly.”

We must say, the dinners would be very hard to replicate at any high-end restaurant. Jake took the order, via phone, and was most helpful and courteous. You just wouldn't think you could get steak dinners that good at a Lounge, but you certainly will at Driftwood Lounge on Thursday nights. We'll be back!”

“I work here. But also eat out with my family here. Some of us enjoy the pizza while the rest might want chicken or cheeseburger. We have a huge variety to choose from amd getting bigger by the day. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the ranch cheesesticks. I'm not much of a pizza person. I typically get tenders and mash potatoes.

Kid-friendliness: Most time there are stickers or little games at the front desk for the kiddos. We have child menus and lots of candies and toys for purchase.

I got hungry for fish, Banks in Lone oak was some of the best fish and chicken we have eaten locally. Including local restaurants. Then Ballard county restaurants can be very good, but hit and miss too. My wife and I drove to south side to order from Paducah fish market. They had moved. New place is not fancy either. Do not let the looks keep you away! I absolutely love fish. Like I could eat fish every meal! This is the best Fiddler I have gotten in KY! Still not as good as the Catfish in Hardin Illinois on RT. 100. But a strong second place! My wife got fillets, which she did not eat all of them. I heated up the next day in air fryer. Food was excellent!!!!! The man cooking was super friendly, but most impressive proud of his food! He insisted I looked at it before I paid! Super nice guy! Prices not bad, I would give even more because of the quality and taste. One time visit so far but I will definitely return! I am totally impressed, but if it was a one time deal I will edit! We got a booth and sat down and got our drinks we were literally next to the thing that they put dirty dishes and food one of the employees when to empty a plate and drink and it had splashed on my leg she had said sorry and just walked away , didn't even offer to give me something to clean the stuff off me then we went to get the food WHY WAS THE FOOD COLD AND SOGGY??? LIKE it shouldn't be like that i really doubt they followed the health department protocols and the place was just dirty . SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND JUST DONT GO .. WE LITERALLY TOOK 2 BITES AND COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT AND PAID OUR BILL . HONESTLY DO BETTER”

“This restaurant is located in the mall. Choose number of entrees and rice or noodles. I had the orange chicken, kung pao chicken and rice. Staff is friendly, food is hot & fresh. The seating area is quite dark.”

“Ordered the catering package for my family’s Easter and they LOVED it! It was a huge hit from the adults to children. Everyone was able to make their own bowl with the fresh toppings and base that were provided. The best part, it was mess free as Frutta Bowl provided all the napkins, bowls and silverware. It was affordable and yummy. They are already asking when I can bring it again. I didn’t get any pictures of my set up but the bowl was beautiful with the fresh fruit and toppings.”

“I love Cracker barrel. Not only my local store, but when we're traveling we always look for one wherever we go. Everyone is so friendly, the food is amazing anytime of day, and they always have something new and exciting to purchase in the store. I like to go just to look and see what they've got. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”

“I have always loved their food but after last night, I had to leave a review. My sister & I dined in a couple hours before closing. The girl working the counter greeted us, let us take our time, made suggestions, & was super friendly. The girl who brought our food out was also super friendly, asked if we needed anything else, etc. Then towards the end of our meal, another young girl was mopping but stopped by our booth to offer to refill our drinks, etc. All 3 young ladies were diligent & displayed strong work ethic that shouldn't go unnoticed!”

“The food was actually good and fresh. Much Better than some dairy queens I've been to. The service was good also but they are severely understaffed or at least they was while I was there and the line was very long with one register open. However they also realized this and offered me a free ice cream cone for the wait. That was awesome of them. With more employees it would easily be a 5 star service. The atmosphere was exactly what you want to see at a fast food restaurant. The place was crowded and everyone was having a good time even tho the wait was long. When something is good the wait dont matter and no one was walking out. I heard no complaints and employees where nice as can be. I would recommend this DQ thats understaffed and very busy over a empty DQ with no customers and a full staff anytime. A few more employees and its a 5 start fast food restaurant for sure.”
